Stainless Extruded Headers

DH Stainless have two T-Drill T-150 pipe branch extrusion machines for thin walled stainless steel pipes and tubes.

As well as producing individual equal or reducing tees, their main function is to produce multi outlet stainless steel pipe manifolds and headers.

Compared to the traditional method of welding pipe, fittings and outlets for complex manifolds and headers, you can save large sums by extruding multi sized and angled outlets from a single length of pipe.

Branches from 25mm up to 200mm can be extruded at any angle on pipe up to 356mm OD.
